By placing an order via this website you are making an offer to Silver Coast Jewellery to purchase the goods detailed in your order.
Prices and availability of goods are subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order where appropriate. Please see delivery charges and timescales.
PORTRAYAL OF PRODUCTS
While every effort has been made to portray items accurately, due to the handcrafted nature of the product, slight variations may occur from the image on the website.
Payments for orders placed via the website are processed by PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account there will be a secure link for you to pay by credit/debit card. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation that your payment has been received. A contract between you and Silver Coast Jewellery for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All prices quoted on the website are accurate at the time of publication and are quoted in pounds sterling (£).
Goods will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process which must be the billing address of your payment method.
All items are handmade to order and shipping is generally within 7-10 working days

International delivery is signed & tracked delivery
Delivery times vary depending on the country.
International buyers are liable for any custom duties or taxes that may be imposed.
From time to time promotional offers and discounts may be advertised. These will be valid for the period of time advertised on our website and we retain the right to change or end offers without further notice. Offers are applicable to selected items only and cannot be used with any other offers or discounts.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the items you have purchased you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, under the EU Distance Selling Directive (this excludes personalised and custom made items and earrings for hygiene reasons). We will be happy to exchange the goods or, if you prefer we will refund the cost of the product(excluding postage charges) within 14 days provided the goods are returned us in the original packaging and unworn state. In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty we will also refund the cost of postage.
I do not currently accept returns from outside of the U.K.
RIGHTS TO CANCEL
We will not be liable to you or be determined to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of our obligations in relation to the product ordered by you, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
